Ten-Day Service Commitment: We understand the importance of timely probate valuations. That’s why we commit to delivering your written probate valuation within ten working days of receiving your instruction. Your valuation report will arrive promptly in the post, with digital copies available upon request via email for your convenience.

Our Charges: We pride ourselves on offering transparent, competitive pricing for our probate valuation service. The charges are as follows:

  • Minimum charge: £300 (inclusive of travelling costs, written report, and the first 1.5 hours on-site)
  • Subsequent on-site charges: £50 per half hour
  • VAT: All charges are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

We believe our pricing to be considerably lower than the market average, providing you with great value for a professional and reliable service.
